our cat, shay, is a woman of many nicknames. from shaybird to kitterino, bitchcat to stinkeroni with cheese... i'm surprised she even hangs out with us anymore. talk about an identity crisis.

anyway, my boyfriend alex started calling her kitterbee and i thought it was just the sweetest most endearing of her names. it rolls off the tongue like honey.

so, i stole it for my business. yup, that's right, full-fledged identity theft for the sake of capitalism... what a world. i may or may not have also used it as the inspiration for my animal crossing island, kitterkey, but that's another story and tom nook is the only one who knows my secrets. 

long story short, this website was originally started as an ecommerce solution for my never-ending list of hobbies. i paint mugs and doormats. i create digital art. i knit and crochet. i paint. 

but then coronavirus happened and i, like many others, had to adapt. so i added handmade masks to the fold in order to provide them to those who need them. i sold more than 50 masks and was able to donate 20% of all proceeds to fight for racial justice. it was a really weird time to be alive but this site and company gave me something to work toward when everything felt out of my control.
